Update on COVID-19 and the Vancouver Island Conference Centre

Celebrations, events, meetings, conferences and so much more has been impacted by COVID-19.  Now it’s important more than ever that we come together.  We are thinking of our whole community and industry during this difficult time.  Our team at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre is positive about the future of the event industry and are currently working remotely, available during regular business hours 8:30am – 4:30pm.

We continue to follow the recommendations from the BC Centre of Disease Control, BC Government and local authorities as the situation develops.  We understand that with company restrictions on business events and meetings, you are not able to proceed and are probably rescheduling your near future events.  We want to let you know that Nanaimo will continue to be a top meeting destination and our community, hoteliers, small businesses and tourism operators will be grateful to receive your support in the coming months.  For a virtual tour of our beautiful venue, please visit https://viconference.com/facility/floorplans-specifications/.
