Located on Vancouver Island in the beautiful harbour city of Nanaimo British Columbia, the Vancouver Island Conference Centre is Canada’s newest offering to the convention and conference industry. The Centre is conveniently placed in historic downtown Nanaimo, just steps from the Nanaimo harbour front, seaside walkway and the old-city charm of downtown Nanaimo.

The Vancouver Island Conference Centre will support groups of up to 1300 for theatre style functions or stand up receptions in the nearly fourteen thousand square foot, divisible ballroom. Within the 38,000 square feet of flexible, functional convention and meeting space, there are a total of 9 multipurpose meeting rooms with full audio/visual capabilities, all with large windows for natural light.
