June 1, 2012 – Vancouver Island Conference Centre Selected to Host the 2012 ARMA Canada Conference

(Nanaimo, British Columbia) - The Records and Information Management Professionals will come from all over Canada to attend this year’s annual conference set to expand knowledge, meet with exhibitors, and network with peers from government offices, not-for-profit environments and the private sector. With over 55 education sessions, 5 of which pertain to record information management for First Nations, there will be 3 Keynote speakers, a technology spotlight, research sessions, a creative role play session and the Chapter Recognition and Member Appreciation Banquet in the Mount Benson Ballroom at the Vancouver Island Conference Centre . Outside of the busy agenda delegates have optional tours that offer the best of the region whether wine tasting or a visit to Coombs and near-by attractions.
